Who can take skateboarding lessons?

Skateboarding lessons are available for individuals of all ages, skill levels, and abilities, from beginners to advanced riders.

How do I schedule a lesson?

You can easily schedule a lesson by contacting us; We'll work with you to find a time that fits your schedule. Learn more about lessons.

 

How long are lessons?

The duration of lessons can vary depending on the package you choose, but they generally last anywhere from 60 minutes to a 120 minutes session.

 

What type of lessons do you offer, one-on-one or group?

Yes, we offer both one-on-one and group lessons to accommodate different learning preferences and budgets.

Are camp lesson available?

Yes, we offer both skateboarding camp lessons! Contact us for more information about camps.

Do you offer packages or discounts for multiple lessons?

Yes, we offer various lesson packages and discounts for multiple sessions. Be sure to ask about our special offers when booking your lessons.

 

What will I learn in a lesson?

Lessons are tailored to your individual goals and skill level. Whether you're just starting out or looking to master specific tricks, our instructors will work with you to achieve your objectives.

What do I need to do before my first lesson?

It is important that you complete the waiver in full prior to meeting your instructor for your first lesson.

What do I need to bring to a lesson?

Typically, you'll need to bring your skateboard, helmet, and any other protective gear you have. If you do not have a skateboard we will provide a loaner skateboard for you to use during the lesson. We also suggest bringing something to drink along with a washcloth to wipe your face from sweat and sun tan lotion.

 

What safety measures are in place during lessons?

Your safety is our top priority. Our instructors enforce safety protocols and provide guidance on proper techniques and equipment usage to ensure a safe and enjoyable learning experience for everyone.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule a lesson?

We understand that life happens, so if you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, just let us know 2 hours before the start of the lesson, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs. If it happens to be a “last minute” or “NO show” you will be charged for the full session. We will contact you about weather conditions that may affect your lesson up to 1 hour before our scheduled meeting time.

Who are the instructors?

Our instructors are certified and experienced skateboarders who are passionate about teaching and helping students improve their skills in a safe and supportive environment.

What is your store’s privacy policy?

We will never sell or give out any information used to process your order. We collect the information from you to send an order out.

We are a skateboard manufacturing company that is located in the United States. Our store hours are 9a–5p (CST), Monday–Friday.

We honor our employees mental and physical health so we are closed on all national holidays and weekends; in rare cases this can delay orders.

Orders

How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse our online shop, select the items you'd like to purchase, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information, and your order will be processed. All orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will be charged extra for UPS Ground shipping. Additional costs may need invoiced for these locations.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

You can cancel you order within 48 hours after purchase. After48 hours, your order will be shipped.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards. Choose the payment method that works best for you during checkout.

Do you offer gift cards?

Not at the current time but we are working on it.

Shipping & Fulfillment

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, Current International rates will apply!

How often are items shipped?

  • Orders placed during business hours/days will be shipped with-in 1–3 business days. We strive to ship all products with efficiency, but based upon product availability shipping times can vary slightly. Pre-orders and special request order delivery may vary..

  • All shipping and deliveries are completed via UPS/USPS on business days (Monday–Friday) during standard business hours for each delivery service.

  • We will contact you if there is an issue with your order or credit card information. If we do not hear back from you after 48 hours your order will be voided and your card will not be charged.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within [30] days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please refer to our return policy page for detailed instructions.

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of your order as long as the items are still in brand new condition with all packaging.

  • All returns made within 30 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • No returns or exchanges may be made on sale or discounted items online..

  • Shipping costs are your responsibility unless we made a mistake with your order. In that case, we pay for all shipping costs, including reimbursing you for your return shipping costs.

  • All sales of specialty and limited products are final. No order cancellations or returns may be made for any specialty or limited products. Examples include limited edition boards.
